Two Bedroom apartments are currently leasing for $945/month. Lease rates include trash service and water – tenant is responsible for LG&E (Gas/Electric) and any TV/Internet service. Leases are for 12 months – no pets, no smoking. A $700 security deposit is due at the signing of the lease.
