If you are interested in leasing an apartment the first step is to complete both pages of the Four Oaks Apartments Application. The application can be completed in person during a viewing, or scanned and texted to 502-263-8086, or emailed to mike@FourOaksApts.com. There is no fee for the application.
Final approval for leasing an apartment is based on an online screening through American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA). This screening includes a Credit Report, Eviction Report and a State/Federal Criminal Background Check. There is a $40 fee for the AAOA tenant screening.
